My Dad was trained in Freemans Butchers in Bushmills as a lad of 15 and went on to become a master butcher thanks to the support of local customer support.

This in turn helped him open the butchers in Calvin’s Spar in Bushmills, and at 16 years old I was trained there and thanks to customer support then helped me to become a master butcher and open my own business in Bushmills.

My son Jamie Kane is now training with me to become a master butcher. I want to thank all those customers that have supported us and continue to support us over the years.
